The Society is a non-profit organization formed to establish and run programs and services for the Seniors in the Chilliwack areas.

Programs & Services Offered

Seniors' Information & Referral Centre

Hours: 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday

Assist seniors by providing information on services and programs they require to maintain a healthy, independent life style. These may include housing, transportation, social or recreational programs.

Bus Tours
Provides bus tours for members of the Chilliwack & District Senior Resources Society. For information on upcoming bus tours, click here.

Equipment Registry
This service links people who have rehabilitation equipment they wish to sell with others who wish to acquire this equipment.

Housing Registry
Offers updated information on all rental apartments in Chilliwack suitable for Seniors, including low rental complexes and care facilities.

Assistance With Income Tax Preparation
Trained volunteers are available year round to assist low income seniors with tax preparation (by donation).

Weekly Activities (Monday-Friday)
Badminton, Table Tennis, Carpet Bowling, Floor Curling, Bocce Ball, Pickle ball, Advanced Tai Chi and Line Dancing. Location for activities is at the Evergreen Hall and the Sports Landing. Days and times vary. Call the office for more information.
