Single & Two Family Inspections
General inspection requests must be received before 3:30pm one business day prior to the inspection being required.

Commercial, Industrial, Large Multi-family
Coordinated Final and/or Occupancy inspection requests for large multi-family (apts.), commercial, industrial, and institutional permits must be received a minimum of 2 business days prior to the inspection being required.
- "Confirmation of Required Documentation" (Schedule G - Building Regulation Bylaw) and all required documentation to be submitted in tabbed ringed binder.
(Red binder received by applicant at the time of building permit issuance)
