The City of Chilliwack (City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EIs) from qualified Proponents to develop, design and construct the “SPS #5, #6, and #7 Upgrade, and Goldspring PRV Replacement” (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Proponents, with expertise in the design and construction of Sanitary Pump Stations and Pressure Reducing Valve Stations.
