| Description: From November 12 to December 10, bring in a non-perishable item to any FVRL library and FVRL will deduct $2 from your library fines.* Items collected will be donated to the local food bank. *Up to $30 of fines may be deducted per library account during this promotion. Billed items and administrative fees are not eligible to be deducted. |
