| Description: 2 pm – 3:30 pm. Hypertension, also called high blood pressure, can damage your blood vessels and cause health problems. Anyone can develop high blood pressure, but it becomes more common as you get older. This workshop, presented by COSCO Senior’s Health and Wellness Institute, will review the effects of high blood pressure, discuss the need to monitor your blood pressure, talk about treatment options, and stress the importance of prompt diagnosis.
