Bid / Tenders

The Works to be constructed under the Contract are located in the City of Chilliwack as shown on the plans and consist primarily of the following:

Yale Rd from Kerr Ave to Parr Rd (Site 1 Dwgs) – Approx. 170m of Multi-Use Pathway, concrete curb and street lighting as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications. Including but not limited to traffic control, sediment control, concrete works, asphalt multi-use pathway works, streetlight relocations, signage, road markings, and restoration. Work at this project site must maintain one southbound lane at all times and all 4 travel lanes must be open by 4pm Monday – Friday. Therefore, daytime working hours permitted are 6am-4pm. Stages of work that require intermittent closure of both southbound lanes must be scheduled between 6pm – 6am.

Edwards St from Hocking to Spadina (Site 3 Dwgs) – Approx. 190m of sidewalk as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications. Including but not limited to traffic control, sediment control, concrete curb and sidewalk works, signage, road markings, and restoration.

Yale Rd from Wolley Dog Alley to Nowell St (Site 4&5 Dwgs) – Approx. 110m of concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, stamped coloured concrete, street tree grates, drainage, street lighting, RRFB, paving traffic control, sediment control, signage, road markings and restoration as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications.

Breezeway from Yale Rd to Victoria Parking Lot (Site 4&5 Dwgs) – Approx. 370 sq m of public plaza construction including stamped concrete, drainage, lighting, railings, planters and stairways as detailed in the tender drawings and specifications.
