| Description: This is a free information series where community members can talk with local doctors and other health professionals about important medical topics. Mini Medical School is made possible with the support of local community organizations, such as the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation, Decades Coffee Club and UBC Family Medicine Residency. The topics are: March 8: Have you heard of herd immunity? Public health strategies for keeping you well March 15: Mental Health Matters - Depression, Anxiety, and More March 22: How to Really Talk to Your Doctor Each session runs from 7 pm till 9 pm. Light refreshments and snacks provided. March 29: End of Life Care - Having an Exit Strategy for Life |
